On November 6, the following four branches co-sponsored a student networking event after the regular sessions of the 2021 Joint Convention, the Hokkaido Chapters of the Institutes of Electrical and Information Engineers.

It was the second time to hold it online, and there were as many as 30 participants. A total of 7 people from 5 universities, 1 national college, Hokkaido University, Kitami Institute of Technology, Muroran Institute of Technology, Hokkaido University of Science, Chitose Institute of Science and Technology, and Asahikawa National College of Technology presented their activities and laboratory lives.
