IEICE Society Conference, September 12-15, 2023, at Nagoya University

From September 12th to 15th, 2023, Mr. Mochizuki, a Master’s second-year student in our laboratory, presented his research findings at the IEICE Society Conference held at Nagoya University. It’s worth noting that this was the first full in-person event since the Society Conference was last held at Osaka University in 2019. Normally, IEICE conferences feature a general reception desk where attendees can exchange their registration slips for a participant’s kit. However, this time, no such general reception desk was set up. Instead, participants were required to print their own name tags and bring them to the venue. Name tag holders were then distributed in each session room for attendees to use. Additionally, a conference app was introduced, which allowed attendees to access papers and other relevant information.
